Brasserie Lorraine is not just yet another French Restaurant, serving the classics and leaving it at that. Its cuisine has an undisputedly French soul, but all the dishes come with a creative twist and interesting modern touches, influenced by the international culinary scene, such as the epic Niçoise salad unexpectedly served with the catch of the day in a superb tataki form, just as a fine example of the chef’s philosophy. One could say the menu is inspired by that of a classic French Brasserie but translated into contemporary cooking mentality. The wine list naturally emphasises on the world-famous French vineyard but leaves space for other fine labels to have a stand, while the cocktail list features sophisticated signature options and of course masterfully prepared classic recipes.
